What you will be doing

• Own the marketing calendar and work on a variety of marketing campaigns that will raise awareness, drive customer acquisition and retention
• Seamlessly navigate influencer marketing, media partnerships, paid social, PR, promotions, content, events, and activations
• Oversee aspects of the creative development process
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Content, Digital Marketing, Growth, Data, Engineering stakeholders and more) to help deliver successful marketing initiatives
• Work with the Business Intelligence team to help track metrics and success criteria for marketing programs and activities
• Help create content to help position KICKS CREW as a thought leader, including content development, reports, infographics, email campaigns, and blogs
• Maintain insights into the competitive landscape
• Constantly contribute ideas that will acquire and retain customers
  
  

We are looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
• Experience working with Google Suite, Asana, Figma, etc.
• Fluency with social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat etc.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines
• A quick learner and able to work independently, ability to handle pressures with an increasing level of responsibility
• Fluency in English, proficiency in Mandarin
• Prior US marketing experience in a plus
