Are you looking for a new permanent position as an offshore wind technician working for an international company?

I am currently looking to recruit for a permanent member of the team for projects in Asia. The suitable candidate would need to be in country (Taiwan)currently and will be working with an existing team of technicians on offshore wind projects.

Task & Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and basic repair work for offshore facilities in accordance with the manual and guidance provided
• Maintenance activities including maintenance & service of electrical and mechanical systems
• Trouble shooting of electrical and mechanical systems and fault diagnosis
• Complete work log in accordance with company’s guidance or client’s requirement
• Work on an equal time rotation with a flexible location to suit the business needs
• Health, Safety and Environment compliance
  

Knowledge & Skills

• Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering background is preferred
• English and Mandarin communication
• Ability to react to project and client requirements to maintain pace of operations
• Have a high level of Safety awareness
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to other sites, also internationally, when required
• GWO certificates (training will be provided)
• Knowledge of PPE
• Rigger /Slinger Banksman qualified
• Experience in offshore wind farm
  

The salary is negotiable and benefits include but not limited to Year-end bonus , annual leave, paternity leave, physiological leave, etc.
