The Role

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. Who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

What you will do

• Ensuring the office is well-maintained, organized, secure, and in excellent working conditions
• Business administration & documentation support
• Support travel itineraries /arrange meetings
• Support logistics with our business partners
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks including assisting Finance, HR, and Engineering teams

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent English skill
• Microsoft application skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Pays attention to details, consistently adheres to rules, procedures, and processes.
• Learning mindset actively learns and develops based on experience and feedback.
