◆ 充當目標客戶與CCL間的橋樑，藉由與眾不同的企業價值向客戶展示，確立獨特的地位，與選定的客戶建立一致/牢固的關係。

◆ 在製造設備和設計能力方面利用CCL全球足跡，優化客戶滿意度和公司資源之間的槓桿作用，實現業務/銷售最大化。

◆ 對銷售平台的準確性和完整性負責。確保客戶和區域團隊完全符合要求。跟踪客戶的錢包/新項目/訂購。

◆ 藉由訪問客戶業務策略和方向來界定客戶特定的市場需求。

◆ 推動合適的新產品和新材料的開發。確保研發活動適當、優先並按時交付並向客戶推廣新產品/服務/解決方案。

◆ 連結所有內部/外部資源，為客戶提供整體解決方案/服務。

◆ 提高RFQ & Sample 的成功率，增加銷售額。

◆ 客戶需求量預報之收集/輸入/監控/審核/更新。

◆ Identify new product opportunities within the customer. (Manage power charts, build relations, encourage positive customer behaviors.)

◆ Be an ambassador for CCL with the targeted customers, establishing a unique position by differentiating our corporate value to the customer, Building up the consistent/firmed relationship with selected customers.

◆ Leverage CCL global footprint in respect of manufacturing facilities and design capability, optimizing the leverage between the customers’ satisfactions & the company’s resources, to maximize the business/sales.

◆ Be responsible for accuracy and integrity of the Sales Platform. Ensure account and regional teams are fully compliant to the requirements. Tracing with the customers for Wallet/new projects /ordering,

◆ Define customer specific market requirements by accessing customer business strategy and direction.

◆ Drive the development of appropriate new products and materials. Ensure that the R&D activities are appropriate, prioritized and deliver on time and promoting new products/services/solutions to the customers.

◆ Linking all internal/external resources to provide the overall solution/service to the customers.

◆ Facilitating the success rate of RFQ & sampling to increasing the sales.
