Purpose of this Position

Main objective is to manage ISMS (Information Security Management System) related processes and also conduct new requirements of its to manufacturing related functions and external providers for compliance and continuous improvement. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of cross-function projects or entire projects of moderate complexity in manufacturing business unit, with results impacting on project completion.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Conduct, maintain, and coordinate of the internal/ external ISMS audit related to manufacturing, includes ISO27001/ IEC62443…, etc., to ensure the requirements can be met.
• Communicate ISMS requirements cross-functionally and coordinate the review/ setup of management procedures, processes, workflows associated with manufacturing continuous improvement initiatives via risk management.
• Manage the reporting system to monitor the performance of manufacturing ISMS and drive the continuous improvement.
• Organize and manage the manufacturing internal audit system and coordinate 3rd party audit to make sure all the information system requirements met, includes the corrective action reporting system.
• Co-work with IT personnel to set up scenarios for the cyber attack from biz site and set up exercise program to validate the effectiveness of ISMS operation.
• Set up requirement of ISMS from the needs of Moxa meanwhile counsel and audit for external providers (supplier/ subcontractor) & overseas producer.
• Initiative the change for the challenge from 3rd party or customer and plan projects or subtasks so they may be tracked and presented
