Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Major Responsibility
  • Sustain Melting D2D operation and performance.
  • Melting process development and engineering. Lead melting activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Melting process analysis of melting process application of analytical results to improve processes capability.
  • SOP development and skill up shop floor people.
  • Support new technology and process change to improve melting operations. Design and implementation of process experiments.
  • Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process
  • Certification, documentation and training.
  • Executes cost reduction and improvement (DMAIC) projects in line with business objectives.


Qualifications：
  • BS above (include) degree and major in Engineering field.
  • Project Skills DMAIC, data analysis skill (Python, SPCXL, PowerBI is preferable)
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up ability.
  • Good English proficiency in writing, listening and speaking. TOEIC 550 is a plus
