Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategy, and plans for the markets with full accountability for dirven the business growth. The role will build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships, leverage best practices, develop critical capabilities, innovate against joint goals to drive expand multi-channel engagement.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise individual team to develop campaigns with flawless execution including product development, consumer research, communication strategy and plan development, communication material development, agency management, financial pre and post analysis, weekly sales review as well as A&P control
• Design an integrated digital communication and CRM strategy partnering with pillars, establish core priorities and capabilities
• Lead brand marketing and specifier marketing planning and execution to grow the brand and users engagement initiatives
• Deep dive consumers insight and product performance to plan annual calendar with promotion with strategic thinking

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/communication related is required
• 15+ years of marketing experience
• 12+ years of people management experience
• Have experienced in multiple markets
• Have experience as management team member
