  • Plan and schedule day-to-day and week-on-week segmented campaign activities to maximize the traffic
  • Maintain and adhere to operational processes and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required positions
  • Propose and optimize CRM and evergreen campaigns to improve the performance
  • Prepare and process ad-hoc and regular data requests for updating the campaign result
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address the customer issues
Requirements
  • 1~2 years of relevant experience in the role of marketing or marketing operation with excellent Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset and able to deal with complex data and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated capability of handling multiple tasks during the same and short period of time
  • Native Chinese language speaker with good written and spoken English
  • A self-starter, independent individual with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude who can thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Please note that t his role’s primary focus is to help the ShopBack SBMart team schedule necessary marketing assets to designated places and create campaign landing pages to ensure exposure. This role will also be responsible for initiating/optimizing some of the in-app campaigns but will not be working on social media and paid media.
