• Led the implementation of after-sales professional services.
• Manage various maintenance resource tools, spare parts, maintenance manuals, etc. in the department
• Manage and Support service teams to perform all aspects of service repairs, system upgrades, manage service parts inventory, etc.
• Work with service trainer to Support/conduct service training regionally for service team and distributor.
• Work with the service teams to resolve product issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Help to collect customer information needs and inform the business department (Sales leads, customer information)
• Participate in regular meetings of the business department and give feedback and suggestions.
• Participate in APAC service meetings to report service status and present on service team operations.
• product coordination between distributor, Solta Taiwan.
• Administration Work
• Compile statistical reports for engineer productivity, customer services, installation, training, and maintenance.
• Report on pending call (maintenance when delayed), review and merge action plan
• Report on customer complaints, review and merge action plans.
• Maintenance department, repair parts, and calibration tools are in the best and most immediate state.
• Be the named Medical Device Technician in the company.
