Accountabilities

Identify business opportunities from CRM perspectives to maximize sales and ROI.

Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.

Conducting business reviews periodically (monthly, quarterly, annual and by CRM campaign request)

Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

In line with marketing focus to plan CRM programs and events to drive traffic and loyalty with excellence execution

Understand key customer individual needs and develop initiatives to fulfill them.

Execute CRM routines and facilitate frontline operation

Develop eCRM initiatives to bridge omni channels by single consumer view

Cooperate and manage vendors and agency to accelerate work efficiency

Know your competition and strategize accordingly.

Assist in mega promotional events to drive existing and reach prospective customers

Supervises customer service representatives.

Principal Objectives

Plan and manage campaigns to promote brand products and services for helping increase shot-term sales and improving the results from past and existing programs. In addition, have good creativity, innovation, project management and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for and drive consumers from both recruitment and retaining valuable customers’ loyalty and affinity to the brand during mega promotion period.

Accountabilities

Promotion (key promotional campaigns, ex. Mother’s Day, Spring/Fall Festival, Mid-year Festival, Store Anniversary and retailer ad-hoc request)

 Build up and launch promotion programs from strategic planning to excellence in execution with out of box thinking and new initiatives to drive sales and maintain competitiveness in the market.

 Develop detailed plans for promotions in line with the marketing strategy.

 Analyze the target audience to determine the type of promotional offering and communication for both internal and external consumers in the most effective and efficient approaches.

 Manage complexity and have abilities to establish schedules covering design, development, production and distribution of campaign material to meet launch deadlines.

 Monitor the campaign performance to ensure that it runs smoothly and to measure the results.
  • Sampling
 Identify interest and understand business needs to place forecast on limited products, samples and GWP to optimize ROI.

 Support and consolidate promotional requests from product/project launches and ecommerce.
  • Others
 Demonstrate proactive and positive attitude to brace challenges and agility.

 Budget management

Qualifications

Education

University graduate or above.

Work Experience

3 years of relevant work experience preferred. Counter brand experience is a plus.

Windows (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

English Written and spoken fluently
