Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Responsibilities
  • Review SOS daily & compare base case.
  • Define actions to address non-compliance.
  • Write, approve, file and post PDC’s.
  • Daily process monitoring/observation including tour/investigation.
  • Closed communications with operators/line-engineers in different areas.
  • Process periodic audit, e.g. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, including PCPD audit.
  • Periodic reporting for SOS.
  • SPC(Dashboard) result monitor and routine review (daily or weekly).
  • Process capability monitor (routine Cpk report).
  • Performance tracking and OPS/SPM routine report and analysis.
  • Lead trouble-shooting, while contacting and involving appropriate sources.
  • Collect OCAP, TSG, and PAR records and analysis for effectiveness.
  • Design DOE and following EEP process for SOS optimization.
Education & Experience：
  • College and above and major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • At least two years of relative working experience.
