Job Description

1.Identify and execute operational audit program based on risk-based approach

2.Perform periodic audit of overseas subsidiaries

3.Perform compliance audit and other reporting matters per regulatory requirement

5.Supervise overall enhancement of internal control system and major policies

6.Participate in other management/ESG enhancement and process optimization initiatives

7.Conduct other tasks as assigned by Chairman & Audit Committee

8.Willing to travel overseas(less than 4 times a year)

Experiences and other Requirement

1.With min. 3-years business analyses or internal audit experiences, or related experiences in listed companies, CPA or financial advisory firm.

2.Quick learner for cross domain/function knowledge and with strong business acumen

3.Sound communication capability and inter-personal relationship

4.Experiences with multinational or high-tech companies a plus

5.Self-motivated and proactive in identify areas that may create value for the organization

6.Maintain high integrity, professionalism, and objectiveness
