HR/Talent AcquisitionResponsibilities:
• Recruiting
1. Proactive sourcing: Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs. Help drive all sourcing channels actively, including employee referrals, utilization of vendors, etc.
2. Evaluate and Screen candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing technique, as well as unconventional techniques to identify exceptional ability
3. Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy.
4. Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar.

• HR management system – Develop and maintain the implementation of HR relevant systems and records of internal human resources. (e.g. employees’ basic personal information, job descriptions, job rotation records, absence records and performance appraisal records, etc.)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience or above.
• 3 years or more of experience in recruitment or hry-related.
• Fluency in Chinese and English language is required.
• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR/ recruiting functions (interview, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability

• 招募 - 規劃與執行日常人員招募、甄選與任用,以解決公司的人力需求問題。
• 人資系統 - 建立並維護企業內部人力資源之相關系統及紀錄。(如:員工個人基本資料、工作說明書、職務輪調紀錄、出缺勤紀錄與績效評核紀錄等)
• 內部人才培訓 - 制定培訓和發展計劃 以及入職計畫 等。
條件要求:
• 學士學位或同等實踐經驗以上。
• 3年或以上招聘或人資相關經驗。
• 需具備流利中文與英語語言能力。
• 具備人力資源相關知識 (招聘,培訓和發展等),以及勞動法和相關人力資源管理系統
• 面試技巧、召募任用制度設計
• 員工教育訓練與需求分析、人員培訓、激勵、輔導與管理。
• 人力資源證書(例如人力資源認證機構的PHR)為佳
• 積極樂觀,且勇敢清晰地表達自己的想法, 良好的溝通和人際交往能力。
