The company also offers professional solutions and services, catering to industries such as media, healthcare, security, and industrial applications.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and conduct workforce planning
  • Formulate recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and partnerships with educational institutions for candidate sourcing
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
  • Actively engage with potential candidates and manage candidate relationships
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
  • Provide insights for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 Years in-house/Agency recruiting experience
  • Familiar with end to end recruiting process
  • Familiar with electronic industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to provide timely and clear communication
  • Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to track recruitment metrics
  • Good command of business English Speaking (Japanese will be a plus)
