Job Description

- Plan HR projects and initiatives, proposing practical solutions aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.

- Collaborate with the teams to foster alignment of internal processes, integral to project management, aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.

- Provide support for the management of various HR projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within scope.

- Continuously monitor project progress, update reports, collect feedback, and implement necessary adjustments to optimize project outcomes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Assist in generating HR-related reports and delivering data-driven insights to support decision-making.

- Engage in data analysis to uncover trends and areas for improvement, facilitating data-driven decision processes.

- Respond to ad-hoc data requests, providing timely and relevant information to support agile decision-making.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR project management or HR data analysis.

- Prior experience in HR consulting or employer award recognition is a plus.

- Ability to initiate and plan projects independently, proposing innovative solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle ambiguous situations.

- Experience in participating in employer branding and HR awards-related competitions is a plus.
