Job Description

• Responsible for designing and developing training programs that are aligned with the organisation’s goals and objectives. They identify training needs, create training materials, and determine the best methods for delivering the training.
• Deliver training sessions to employees, either in person or online. They use a variety of techniques to engage learners and ensure that they understand the material.
• Assess employee performance to determine the effectiveness of the training. They may use tests, quizzes, or other methods to evaluate employee knowledge and skills.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance. They may work with employees one-on-one to address specific challenges or provide feedback during training sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to determine if they are achieving the desired results. They may use feedback from employees and managers, as well as performance metrics, to assess the impact of the training.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in HR policies and regulations to ensure that training programs are current and compliant.
• Collaborate with other HR professionals, as well as managers and supervisors, to identify training needs and develop customised training programs.
  

The Successful Applicant

• 3 or more years of Corporate L&D working experience
• Experience in delivering training courses as the lectures
• Familiar with Learning and development project handling and planning
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel raw data consolidation
• Fluent English
