This position is within the Global Training Center organization. This organization develops and delivers technical training through training events worldwide to TRUMPF employees and customers.

Head Of Training Center TTW EUV is responsible for the management of the training group in Taiwan Training Center to meet a business success.

• Management of the customer training group in the Training Center Taiwan
• Disciplinary and technical management of employees
• Operational control of customer trainings
• New conception or cooperation in the conception of training courses or training content (classroom training, online training and e-learning)
• Responsibility for achieving training/course objectives and ensuring course quality
• Procurement of machines and training equipment
• Maintenance and care of training equipment
• Preparation and delivery of EUV- training courses for customers
• Course execution in English language
• Communication with internal departments and customers in English
  
  

Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Laser Electro Optics or related fields.

• Relevant professional experience in the field of training and further education as well as initial management experience
• Confident, service-oriented appearance towards customers and employees
• Strong conceptual skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to work
• High level of teamwork, communication skills and initiative as well as a high level of motivation
• High level of customer orientation, ability to work in a team, ability to work independently and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel and business fluent in English
