Key Responsibilities

• Business includes Advanced Packaging Technologies, Silicones Semi Fab and Semi Packaging.
• Member of the Global APT leadership team.
• Finance Business partner with business leaders and function leaders with business finance intelligence, insights for driving optimal business decisions making to deliver business growth in topline and bottom line with operational excellence and commercial excellence.
• Full income statement analysis including Sales analysis, Gross Margin analysis, Cost of Revenue Analysis, SARD Earnings analysis, demand and financial outlook.
• Net Working Capital analysis, Accounts Receivables DSO, Past dues review, Inventory and Inventory Days Sales (IDS) analysis.
• Lead monthly financials outlook process, quarterly Investor Relations analysis, PVC analysis.
• Finance lead for strategic plan and annual Profit Objective (PO) process.
• Capex review, Project support.
• Ad-hoc support for regional product margin analysis, sales contracts, transfer pricing. Key contact for engagement with other regional finance competencies (controllership, tax, internal controls) as needed.
  

Expected Skills/ Experiences

• Demonstrated proficiency with SAP, DSR, IMR, BW, Excel.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills – oral and written.
• Experience in multiple businesses and/ or multiple finance competencies.
• Proactivity in problem-solving/ developing solutions across multiple businesses/ competencies.
• Eager to develop & learn.
