Summary:

The manager is on a mission to optimize the return on HTC’s short-term financial assets. This role manages the company’s short-term investment management, reporting to Sr. Finance Director and partnering closely with executive management. The manager is responsible for handling the process of the portfolio of Fixed Income investment for HTC. You make creative yet calculated decisions that are backed by both experience and your extensive knowledge of the economy and financial industry.

Job responsibilities:

1. To source, evaluate and recommend new short-term investment opportunities.

2. To review and monitor existing risk exposures, recommends trades, and assists with the operational, accounting, and risk monitoring activities in the various portfolios.

3. To develop and monitor short-term investment operational policies, process and controls.

4. To maintain accurate analytics, modeling and valuation of securities.

5. To prepare timely and accurate risk management and investment related reports for senior management.

The successful candidate will have:

-Minimum 5 years of fixed incomes investment experiences in foreign banks

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math or equivalent practical experience.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Excellent financial modeling and strong analytical abilities

-Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
