About the role...

As a finance and accounting specialist, you have to be detail-oriented, quick-witted, and open to challenges. Aside from bookkeeping and organizing documents, you’ll also participate in systems integration and tax return, and involve in accounting management for overseas affiliates/ subsidiaries in the future as well.

What you will do...

  • Review overseas subsidiary accounts and liaise with bookkeeping companies
  • Assemble, review and verify invoices, original receipts, and accounts for overseas subsidiaries
  • Process tax payments and returns for overseas subsidiaries
  • Cooperate with overseas accountants to conduct operational audit
  • Assist in the implementation of ERP system

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 2 years of working experience
  • Required language(s): English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Nice to have...

  • 2 years of working experience in auditing in an Accounting Firm
  • Experience in ERP system (SAP)
  • The hobby of studying IFRS and tax laws
