This is a business partner role supporting TW E-Commerce (購物中心, 超級商城, 拍賣) in financial reporting, planning and providing analysis to support decision makings. This is not a job of sitting in front of the computer and generating reports, this job requires substantial communications, discussions and negotiations with key stakeholders from various functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Sr. Finance Manager for TW Ecommerce and Regional Product with both revenue and opex (with key focus on headcount) management responsibility.
• Performing regular weekly management reporting to communicate P&L progress
• Preparing monthly rolling forecasting and long-term planning and budgeting cadence
• Supporting month-end close deliverables including investigating and commenting on variances versus Budget/Forecast and re-assessment of revenue and cost landing
• Carry on other ad-hoc business requests or projects as requested eg new business evaluation, scenario analysis on new business initiatives etc.
  

What You Will Need

• BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field and extensive relevant work experience in FP&A
• MBA or CPA, CMA, CIMA etc is desired
• FP&A work experience in a large MNC is a must
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) is critical
• Demonstrate strong business acumen with ability to provide insights from fact-based data or trend
• Experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and attention to details
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint. Experience in Hyperion Financial System, Anaplan, Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to work with large sets of data
• Flexibility to accommodate US working calendar (may need to work during local holidays or odd hours)
• Comfortable to communicate in English and work with people from different countries via email and video conference
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• To be a team player who is eager to learn
• To welcome changes and can act fast
