We provide regional and local FP&A support, our internal customers include APAC operators, International management and US Corp teams.

We are looking for a high calibre individual with strong business acumen and strategic mind set to join our Ops Fin family at Taipei.

This is a regional position focusing on regional consolidation, with frequent interaction with people not sitting in the Taipei office. This is not a job of sitting in front of the computer and generating reports, this job requires substantial communications, discussions and negotiations with people around the world!

What You Will Be Doing

• FP&A budget and forecasting for APAC markets,
• Focusing on revenue forecasting, including rate/volume analysis, trending analysis, regression analysis and market industry analysis
• Perform both regular and ad hoc analysis of business and management reporting to support management decision making
• Support the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cadence for FP&A
  

What you will need!

• BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field
• Extensive relevant work experience in FP&A
• FP&A work experience is a large multinational is a must
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) is critical, this job requires heavy interaction with people outside of Taiwan
• Experience of working in a diversity environment
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and attention to details Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint.
• Experience in Hyperion Financial System is preferred.
• Ability to work with large sets of data Flexibility to accommodate US working calendar (may need to work during local holidays or odd hours)
• Comfortable to communicate in English and work with people from different countries via email and video conference
• Flexibility to travel (when travel ban is over)
• Mature and able to work independently with limited supervision
• To be a team player who is eager to learn
• Ability to welcome change and can act fast!
