• Provide leadership in procurement and contract management, create and lead invitations of tenders, manage tender processes and conduct contract negotiations.
• Management of the Project finance structure including the requirements of the lenders, specifically the obligations under the debt documents
• Management of finance related matters on the Project
• Management of the Project governance structure (including compliance with delegations)
• Oversight and management of the reporting processes
• Input into financial related contractual and commercial matters
• Management of the treasury, accounting and taxation functions
• Management of the management system including compliance by the team with any plans, procedures, forms and templates
• Management of all financial related approvals
• Comply all the regulations by Taiwanese government
• Company secretariat function to support the Project Board
• Establishment and maintenance of processes and procedures relating to the financial management of the Project
• Preparation of financial reporting for the Project
• Ensuring all financial requirements of the Shareholders Agreement are met including the provision of annual audited accounts
• Ensuring that the Finance teamwork with the Project Controls function in managing cost and budgets on the Project
  

• Knowledge and experience of project finance of offshore wind power and management of IPP project.
• Good all-round understanding of financial, commercial, accounting, government relationship, compliance, business principles and risk mitigation practices.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Experience in managing supply chain relations and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Degree or equivalent level of education, preferably in a finance and commercial qualification.
