Position Impact:

A successful candidate of this position will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, support finance initiatives and Finance Director to make decisions, and simplify finance messages through complex business environment, and is able to steer conversation between departments. Next level growth for this candidate is an influencer, who can to drive KPI’s and deliver results (that is, operation efficiencies and improve product cost to achieve operation excellence).

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain cost reports and analsis generated from raw data from ERP or other company recognized database.

2. Be the first gatekeeper on business transaction that impact finance results. That means to engage in business discussions and be recognized as a part of the team from both finance and operations.

3. Present and able to explain why we are doing this and how to execute.

4. Remain high level of integrity and independence.

5. Be able to steer business conversations and drive operation efficiencies that will eventually result in cost improvements and operation efficiencies.

6. Manage finance projects as needed.

7. Support Director, Operations Finance decision making process

Requirements

1. 10+ years in high-tech, semiconductor, and/or manufacturing MNC industry, preferably in the areas of FP&A and Controlling

2. Proactive and self-motivated with a high degree of responsibility, taking accountability, and willing to take up challenges.

3. Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and google applications.

4. Excellent team player with good communication skills.

5. High attention to details with the ability to keep the overall purpose in mind.

6. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated intellectual curiosity.

7. Some degree of knowledge in worldclass ERP and IT system is highly preferred.

8. General knowledge of accounting literatures (IFRS, US GAAP, SEC, and SOX standards) and a sense of corporate functions, roles and responsibilities is also preferred.

9. Proactive and self-motivated with a high degree of responsibilies and accountability for the assignments.

10. Be able to work independently with little to no hands-on supervision.

11. Be willing to take up challenges and enjoy working in complex business environment and problem solving.

12. Excellent communication in writing and presentation

13. Be able to adapt and adopt fast pace business environment that is constantly changing.
