Job Description:

1. To understand customer’s technical inquiries and solutions for NPI.

2. Complete the design-in process by obtaining panel approval from customers.

3. Manage communication between HQ and customers to ensure effective product support and customer satisfaction.

4. Onsite technical support/ Initial analysis for NG products in customer factories.

5. Report for ODM production Quality/Yield and quality issues regularly.

6. To support customer quality meeting and quality reports to customer.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above degree major in Engineering (Optical science/ Chemical Engineering/ EE )

2. At least 3-4 years LCD related industry working experience

3. Understanding LCD technology (Experience in LCM industry is preferred)

4. Experience in customer service and project development area is a plus

5. Fluent in English conversation and writing
