• Prepare and follow up planning and implementation of planned maintenance and unplanned maintenance
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical or control systems.
• Develop budget for maintenance planning including obtaining quotes, etc.
• Manage the procurement of specific services, parts and consumables
• Act as interface with local stakeholders such as maintenance service providers, spare parts suppliers and OEMs
• Consider and perform improvement of work
• Perform in-house inspections and minor repairs of electrical equipment
• Provides initial response and takes appropriate action for troubleshooting
• Create necessary internal and external documents for maintenance works, e.g. RAMS
• Support colleagues to create and optimize long-term maintenance schedules, plans of the ONS and high-voltage cable including predictive/corrective maintenance strategy, equipment replacement strategy, etc.
• Support root cause analysis and technical investigations
• Support management of punch list items and evaluate resolution
• Support warranty claim management and follow up of defects
• Handle and follow up CMMS notifications and work orders
• Occasional site or offshore visits
  

• Knowledge of the wind industry is a plus but not essential as extensive training will be provided.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent English, both written and verbal communication. Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, technical procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and other procedure manuals.
• Strong digital literacy is fundamental. You will work on an array of platforms, browsers, tools, including offshore wind specific software tools
• At least 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment or power plant
• Hands-on/field experience in electrical activities related to planned and unplanned maintenance.
• Degree in relevant Electrical Engineering discipline
