Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop/implement EH&S policies, programs and practices.
• Assist in the formulation, planning and promotion of EHS management and guide relevant personnel to implement them.
• Help the organization understand and ensure compliance with relevant EHS regulations and Corning EHS requirements.
• Supervise and review the effectiveness of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 and continue to improve.
• Communicate and assist each department to investigate and monitor incidents, accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards or uncomfortable conditions in the work place and provide corrective action plan.
• Manage all necessary safety related compliance documents and monitor actions taken.
• Educate and train all employees and vendors on safety and hygiene function to have them equip with safety mindset and be able to understand and comply with safety regulations and laws, and the organization’s safety policies and standards.
• Enhance the company safety culture and employees’ safety awareness.

Education & Experience:

• University degree or above.
• Working experience should be over 5 years in EHS.
• Experienced with leadership and management of 1-2 people or project management.
• Experience in implementing or auditing ISO14001 and 45001.

Required Skills:

• Level A technician for occupational safety management. 甲級職業安全(衛生)管理師
• Good written and verbal communication skills (both English and Chinese).
