Hsinchu International Academy’s Director of Operations is the operational leader of the school. S/he is critical to the successful and efficient running of the institution. This position is central to the realization of our mission as it provides the Principal the opportunity to focus on teaching and learning within the school. The Director of Operations will report to the Principal and is responsible for line managing/supervising and coordinating the daily workload of the HIA Staff Team; all school scheduling, special events, field trips, food service, transportation, maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and emergency preparedness. They will also serve on the school Leadership Team.
