- Contract archiving and contract renewal.
- Interact with operation, sales, finance (contract process) departments for following up company procedure to enhance clients’ satisfaction.
- Professional and efficient answer customer questions, timely and efficient feedback and follow up customer service complaints
- Support Sales team on government bidding and SFDC maintaining.
- Accurately complete global/local reports, the supplier information form, annual audit report and other relevant reports.
- Identity new opportunities through relationship building and issue resolution
- Administrative affairs such as petty cash management and office maintenance
- Keep close reporting relationship with superiors and finish other assigned work.
- Bachelor degree or above, Proficient in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Good at Microsoft Office.
- Over two years customer services or sales work experience is preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, and extremely motivated,effective to perform.
- Possess sophistication and poise to work with high-level contacts.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills, excellent organization and problem solving skills.
- Serious work attitude, rigorous and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility.
