Job Description
  • 負責多個客戶的溝通管制及考核等活動及確保客戶需求滿足並時時回報狀態給上司及客戶
  • 制定個人人力規劃及工作職掌, 並自行管理達成
  • 須具備良好溝通能力, 能協調客戶及倉庫間的運作
  • 執行確實公司政策
  • 協助業務人員內部及外部的報表及相關法令的確認
  • 各項倉庫及業務相關管理表單製作與分析,有效強化內稽內控之作業執行
  • 檢視客戶滿意度,並向上報告,如顧客滿意度低需找出問題點並提出解決方案
  • WMS/TMS/客服系統/客戶系統操作
  • 客訴案件處理
  • 其他主管交辦事項
Qualifications

大學以上學歷, 企業管理貨物流相關科系

英文說寫流利溝通無慮

能獨立完成報告(PPT)

孰練OFFICE(PPT, word, 精通EXCEL 函數的使用)

有使用過WMS/TMS 的經驗

有物流產業的相關經驗1-2年
