• Under the established standards for the design and implementation of production processes, chemicals, equipment and instruments, etc., be able to cross communicate with production and technical departments.
• To understand product status and handling customer complaint
• Improve customer satisfaction by handling and improving anomalies encountered by customers
• To respond customers’ inquiries to justify product specification or to improve service processes.
• Coordination on customer visits, audits and other related on site service work and then follow-up improvement and report tracking
• Bachelor or Master of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process and chemical engineering
• Knowledge of industrial coatings, chemical engineering and practical experience in process related
• Fluency in Chinese and English (TOEIC score above 700)
