We are searching for a leader for our Strategic Projects team in Taiwan. This team works in combination with our Operations team to improve and increase efficiency in our organization (Global Operations Center).

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of business and data analysts, allocating tasks and managing priorities
• Evaluate and predicate department’s workload, good at numeric analysis to come out reasonable FTE proposal and fit team’s work model and size.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in systems and processes and coming up with a plan for how they can be improved, driving for actions and improvement
• Lead meetings with global stakeholders and representing our team in global discussions
• Communicate ideas and opinions to internal/external stakeholders including group leaders, senior members of management, both in Taiwan and Head Office in the Netherlands
• Act as a point-person for senior management with regard to the status of all projects managed by the team, ensuring they are all on-track

• Quick learner. Being able to pick up how the Operational Material and Parts Sourcing side of our team works will be essential for this role
• Excellent English communication skills; able to take the lead in global meetings with international colleagues
• Ability to present information clearly and accurately to senior management
• Excellent analytical skills, good number sensitivity, in particular Excel, VBA and Presentation, Powerpoint skills. Python is plus.
• Quickly adopt to high complexity, tension and stress environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and Master degree is a plus ( Science and Engineering are preferred)
• Above 5 years people management experience and good at managing high speed and complexity work and business model
