Job Description

• Study Start-Up affairs support and assistance, management and execution of projects and activities assigned to clinical studies
• Assist CA and EC submissions of clinical studies and related amendments, including collection of essential documents and customize comparison table
• Support translation verification of Clinical Study documents (including but not limited to Study Specific Language (SSL), Country ICF and subject materials)Responsible for documents uploading and archiving via eTMF according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Supports
• Assigned tasks such as miscellaneous payment application and reimbursement; site Training Visit (STV) preparations such as binder customization
  

The Successful Applicant

• Basic awareness of the conduct of clinical trials and its associated activities and responsibilities.
• Proven strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment with competing projects and deadlines.
• Written and verbal fluency in English and local language (if not English).
• Familiarity with all standard IT office tools.
• Preferred background in life-science or healthcare related qualification or experience is desired.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, communication and interpersonal skills, including situations of conflict resolution, problem solving and crisis management. Proactive and positive team player.
• Exhibits high level of flexibility when facing changes in the work environment.
