As part of the Sustaining Operations team in the ISG (Intelligent Sensing Group) Operations organization you will be responsible for a broad cross section of tactical and strategic activities related to change management. Specific to this role will be managing successful new product transitions to production release, managing changes post-production release, and acting in a backup capacity for PDM (Product Data Management) activities.

Successful candidates will have a background in, or rapidly come up to speed on, semiconductor supply chain and operations. To execute in this role the candidate will need to thrive in working with multiple planning, operations, logistics, engineering, quality, and business unit teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with PM (Program Manager), BUPM (Business Unit Planning Manager) and SCA (Supply Chain Analyst) teams to address supply chain and business systems readiness in support of market launch
  • Facilitate timely part release handoff of new products to the BUPM and SCA
  • Represent ISG in the onsemi NPP (New Product Planning) meeting
  • Manage and coordinate PCN (Product Change Notice) activities
  • PDM Specialist backup

  • Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills

  • Solid problem-solving skills, sound judgment
  • Proficient in and understands change management
  • Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Proficiency in MS Excel

Experience

  • Semiconductor supply chain experience a plus
  • CMOS Image Sensor industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Agile (PDM) practices a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent work experience
