DescriptionAmazon Web Services Hong Kong and Taiwan (HKT) Business Operations team is looking for an experienced business operations manager to meet the growing business development support demands. We need an exceptionally talented, bright and self-motivated people working as a business partner for HKT Business Development Team.In this role, you will collaborate with Business Development and functional business teams on Go-To-Market strategies, planning process, pipeline management and business reviews. You will focus on building the metrics, tools, providing insight through data to support business team’s growth. This role provides you lots of opportunities to implement changes to improve the current capacity planning inputs, process, and modeling. Within the Business Operations team, you will partner with other operations managers to refine current and define new mechanism; and provide feedback to raise bar on our business operations support team quality. • Collaborate with sales and functional business teams to drive Go-To-Market strategies
• Drive annual operation, territory planning and business reviews
• Setup forecasting model, perform risk and opportunities variance analysis versus plan
• Lead special projects to drive improvement for the processes and sales’ productivity across HKT and share practices across Greater China
• Deep dive data and develop analysis to facilitate business decision making
• Develop knowledge base and guidance to improve sales operation efficiency and effectiveness

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Taipei, TPE, TWNBasic QualificationsThe right person will possess 8+ years of sales operation and business analysis experience in a technical hardware or software environment, with a demonstrated track record of driving collaboration between business development and business functional teams. Ideal candidate should have sales operations or FP&A functional roles in MNC IT Corporation throughout his or her career.

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science, or business management
• Business operation and analysis experience, preferably in cloud business, with strong business acumen and sensitive to data
• Experience in Sales Operations Cycle, from segmentation, territory planning, quota setting to daily execution to facilitate sales in driving focus to meet target
• Ability to deep dive into data, processes and systems and develop innovative ideas for process improvement
• Excellent Microsoft Office / PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. The role requires effective communication with colleagues from cross function stakeholders
• Fluent Verbal communication in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company, or start up
• Experience in business analysis in strategic accounts.
• Experience in engaging with C-level executives around project and program requirements, status, opportunities and risks
• Program and project management proficiency across multi-site locations and multi-teams, without direct authority
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including but not limited to coordination, communication and cross-team collaboration
