We’re looking for talents to join our Business Development team to support real estate acquisition and development projects. This role will be part of the ALP Malaysia team, being responsible for performing real estate financial analysis, supporting transactions from inception to close, and managing the key client accounts’ pricing and budget.

What you will do...

  • Identify new land investment/development opportunities. Execute feasibility study, and financial analysis, and monitor land due diligence on the viability of each transaction.
  • Liaise with the finance team to prepare the reports and materials of the investment project for the investors.
  • Run numbers to ensure that there is a good probability of realizing decent returns on potential investments and prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for transactions.
  • Build rapport with prospects and key clients and complete required reporting to strategic partners and key clients in order to get the deal signed.
  • Liaise and work cooperatively with other teams to drive the business forward.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management/Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Property Developer/Real Estate Company.
  • Required language(s): English, and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
