About Our Client

Our Client is an international holding company, that actively works with its operating companies in pursuit of long-term growth and value creation, and of efficient capital allocation in terms of capex, operational projects, and acquisition opportunities. The company was founded in 2008 and currently employs over 6.000 FTE worldwide across eleven operating companies in the energy and material technologies industries.

Job Description

The controller will support and monitor the monthly reporting as well as providing in-depth analyses of trends and issues at the companies. The controlling activities will also include daily analyses and reports towards key players at the companies, for instance sales (price) analyses, factory performance and analyzing margin developments.

The controller discusses and follows up on his/her findings and is integral part of the finance team of the international company (mainly based in Europe).

The Successful Applicant

▪ At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international environment

▪ Master’s degree

▪ Solid understanding of business processes, and their financial aspects

▪ Advanced analytically, data structuring, and information synthesising skills

▪ Advanced skills in finance tools (i.e. Power BI, Qlik sense, etc)

▪ Fluent in English

▪ Familiar with SAP
