• Communicate effectively with other departments to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure. * Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer. * Preparation of monthly performance reports to the Logistic Customers. * Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the Customer and produce. * Co-ordinate and schedule in-country transport movements - collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor. * Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.
• Communication with customers
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft office
• Good English and Mandarin
• Simple maintenance
• Have transportation to go support other warehouse work
