The Role Responsibilities

  • 透過分行行銷、電話行銷、高品質客戶服務之提供,增加獲得銷售之機會而達到業績目標。遵守穩健的銷售流程、嚴格的服務準則、本地管理規定。主動開發新業務,鞏固現有客戶關係。
  • 負責深耕既有優先理財暨優逸理財客戶,分析客戶現況及需求,進而瞭解並提供客戶最適切的服務及產品以滿足客戶期待,且持續提供客戶最優質服務以維持客戶關係
  • Developing Priority Banking Clients and Premium Banking Clients, selling wealth management products through digital platform and providing relevant service to customers.
  • Analyzing/Deepening clients` existing situation and needs to figure out service and products meeting customer’s expectation.
  • Ensuring outserve offering to customer, maintaining well customer relationship and the end-to-end service continuously. Developing customer and profit targets.
  • Contribute to the team’s business plans for the expansion of business opportunities in strategic target areas.
  • Deepening Priority Banking Clients and Premium Banking Clients, providing the products and relevant services to the clients

Responsibilities

  • 負責優先理財PB暨優逸理財PE理財客戶之拓展、滲透及客戶服務。
  • 提供專業財務分析及理財商品銷售,以達到客戶財務需求及資產配置目的。
  • 提供市場資訊及國內外金融商品趨勢分析之服務,以便與客戶建立良好互動關係。
  • 與業務經理/主管討論每月業績達成行動計畫與目標,以達到部門所預定之新客戶開發及各項業績目標。
  • 開發有潛力之客戶,及維持良好關係。
  • 協助設立客戶資料庫以支援客戶關係建立及交叉行銷之目的。
  • 由客戶反應提供作業流程及商品改善建議,確保持續性地提高服務等級及效率。
  • 遵循所有防治洗錢程序之規定以及向洗錢防治主管、直屬主管報告任何可疑之舉動。
  • 優先理財暨優逸理財客戶數位理財服務與客戶專屬權益諮詢
  • 深耕既有優先理財暨優逸理財客戶, 提供客戶的最適切的存款/理財服務及產品,同時創造其他跨售機會,達成各項績效指標 (績效指標:例如將既有優逸理財客戶升等為優先理財客戶)
  • 優先理財新客戶開發 (線上申請數位帳戶客戶名單供開發)
  • 遵循組織的業務擴展計劃及策略

  • 已取得以下四張證照之中任二張: 信託,投信投顧法規 (或高業),衍生性商品,人身保險
