【Job Description】

1. Formulate the annual procurement strategy and establish a complete supply chain based on the product sales plan.

2. Investigate and evaluate market trends in raw materials or equipment supply information to determine purchasing needs and timing.

3. Have the ability to evaluate and manage the future development, price, quality, and reliability of suppliers to obtain the most competitive prices and relevant trading conditions.

4. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, and build strong partnerships with suppliers.

5. Develop new domestic and foreign suppliers, master the development and price trends of parts and materials, and meet various material needs of different markets and customers.

6. New product material RFQ cost assessment and quotation, and formulate material cost reduction plans and actions.

7. Strengthen the professional ability of the procurement department, train the procurement personnel and communicate and coordinate across departments.

【Span of Control】Around eight to twelve members

【 Other requirements 】

1. More than 10 years of experience in the ICT industry procurement department.

2. Served in companies with an annual purchase amount of more than 3 billion.

3. Possess practical experience in international and mainland China procurement.
