To provide high quality, precise and insightful business and financial information that offers analytical rationale and proposal to support the decision process with the management team and commercial heads, allowing the sales to plan and determine tactical & strategic action timely in responding to the market needs, as well as delivering short- & long-term goals and objectives. To own, lead and manage the formal Sales process and enable actions for the BRITA Taiwan sales dept.

Improve sales efficiency and enhance sales operation strength to provide a smooth and effective environment to support the sales team to achieve sales KPIs.

Endorsing SAP /ERP system to accelerate sales efficiency and systematic data management. Identify and simplify the process to ensure smooth cash-to-delivery, account management and forecast accuracy.

Business Acumen & Operation Excellence

• Achieves sales target via data-driven strategy & solution.

• Manage investment with discipline in budget & payment to build a profitable business partnership.

• Maximize customer contribution by improving sales fundamentals.

Customer Management & Partnership

• Digest channel and shopper insights to be implications for brand & customer solutions.

• Work closely with internal key stakeholders to provide meaningful suggestions for customers.

• Negotiation with customers multiple stakeholders and internal stakeholders to attain the optimum result.

Category Leadership and Shopper Activation

• Escalate customer selling from pricing negotiation to category selling.

• Manage JBP, contract negotiation and other customer partnerships.

• Keep best-in-class in-store execution to support business & category objectives.

Industry Penetration & Insight

• Stay on top of consumer trends, customer priorities, and competitors’ actions, then develop plans to gain share.

• Proactively observe overall TW and APAC industry and retailer movement.

• Understand, align, and act under company strategy & management priority.

Compliance with regulatory, legal, and financial guidelines, especially EU CARTEL Law and TW trade regulations.

Report to Channel Manager then Sales Director. The sales team 2022 engagement survey result was 98 and 0 turnover during past 3.5 years.

The net sales revenue grew over 50% during past 4 year and it is going to be doubled by 2025.
