Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute qualification strategy for ACT R&D, specifically on analytical methods through qualification and quantification approaches for ACT SVM samples.
• Identifies, assesses and develops solutions for analytical challenges by working with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide training to technicians and research assistants.
• Manages scientific, technical, or information projects coordinating with other professionals and support personnel to accomplish objectives.
  

Qualifications

• PhD or Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, and Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent understanding of analytical equipment and data analysis (IC-MS/GC/LC, etc.)
• Good knowledge in semiconductor.
• Good team work and proactive working attitude.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal and external communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
  

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with semiconductor related application or industry.
• Experience of working in an industry environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, JMP, Minitab and Six Sigma green belt.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel, maintaining focus on each and leveraging cross project learnings.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well within a team and be comfortable working in a chemical lab.
• Efficient communication to people who have very different work experience, academy background and culture.
