Job Description

• 協助Customer Service部門回覆詢價/報價。
• 協助處理國內外客戶之空運進出口貨物事宜，提供客戶航班資訊。
• 負責回覆處理國外代理往來相關問題, 確認操作符合客人以及公司SOP。
• 運送安排和協助追蹤貨物狀況。
• 具備英文書寫能跟國外溝通能力，能獨立作業。
• 協助作業流程符合公司相關compliance要求。
• 其他主管交辦事項。
  

Qualifications

工作經驗: 3年空運相關經驗

學歷: 大學以上

其他條件: 英文聽說讀寫流利
