Job Description

  • Further implement one-to-one concept.
  • Further increase spare- parts sales from a well-established market position and high customer share in coordination with other BLM’s. To prevent pirate and competition products introduction into the market within our customer base. To keep consolidated profitability on a target level agreed upon with the Divisions.
  • To maximize profitability of Service Department with good cost controls.
  • To develop service contracts for CT with Aftermarket Sales Engineers.
  • To develop and promote all the new Aftermarket Products
  • To ensure the personnel development, in particular Service Engineers constant knowledge upgrading through systematic training
  • Provide functions that increase customer satisfaction and will lead to increased Net Promoter Score
  • To work closely together with other Business Managers with an aim to achieve ambitious targets with regard to Market Coverage, Revenue and Profit
  • To control and report warranty to all AC divisions
  • To promote the AC group values, Interaction-Commitment-Innovation, internally and externally
  • Lead Parts and Services team in Atlas Copco values and principals, including Business Code of Practice
Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience in management of service operations, aftermarket sales operations, managing and promoting service contracts, workshop operations, field service and administration control
  • Solid knowledge of CT products and understanding of CT aftermarket business
  • Strong commercial and business awareness with customer focus
  • Good understanding of FAM, especially related to Aftermarket
Knowledge

  • Working Knowledge of Atlas Copco Products
  • Ability to organize and manage the operations in line with "The Way We Do Things" and company policies.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Well written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
Educational Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or similar through experience.
  • Marketing Degree will be considered as a plus

  • Good communication skills with internal people and able to create and sustain excellent customer relationships
  • Team player, having a positive attitude and commitment required by the Business Lines Managers

  • Strong capacity to perform internally & externally negotiations
  • Able to work under pressure
