Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) is looking for a Project Manager who will be a member of Service Delivery team. GTS offers a variety of end-to-end IT technology services, ranging from ITIL consulting service, Cloud platform service, IT networking and resilience services, to IT managed services, supported by an unparalleled global delivery network. At GTS, we provide our clients with innovative technology solutions that help them to improve their business processes and in turn, profitability. By managing their clients’ IT systems, GTS delivery works to improve business functions and create significant cost and performance efficiencies. From data center to desktop, network to help desk, GTS Delivery helps to keep its clients up to date on the best ways to improve, enhance and inform their business through the management of their IT environment.

The Role’s Responsibility Includes But Not Limited To

• Responsible for managing and controlling IT infrastructure related projects, making use of PM disciplines with the project management methods, tools and systems.
• Responsible for delivering on commitments to meet customer expectation and maintaining customer relationships.
• Responsible for communicating and articulating IBM’s unique value to support both clients’ and IBM’s business growth.
• Responsible for managing both internal project resources and subcontractors.
• Responsible for managing project scope, cost and EAC financial healthness, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
  
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 5 years’ client facing experience.
• At least 5 years’ project management experiences.
• At least 5 years’ IT industry experiences.
• Excellent communication skills
• Challenge taker who can work under high pressure
• English: Intermediate
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• PMP or Agile Project Management certification
• ITIL related certification
• IBM product related skills
• CISCO certification
• English: Proficient
