Key Responsibilities

• Lead Capital Projects in E&I and other businesses in Taiwan as Project Team Leader following directions from the project steering team
• Develop project core team with help from business engineering teams globally and engineering functions in AP region.
• Working knowledge of Capital Project Processes and tools, working knowledge of site/BU operations and processes, and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of all regulatory, permit, and company requirements for areas of responsibility
• Active learning about DuPont Capital Project Processes
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Required
• Engineering BS Degree
• Major in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related.
• Experienced in AutoCAD and MS Project application will be plus.
• 5 Years in Capital Project Major / Minor Project(s) as Project Team Leader or Project Engineer
• Focusing on projects in mainly 4 sites (Dayuan, Hsinchu site l, Taoyuan and Hsinchu site ll) in Taiwan
• Business English
• Fluent in Chinese
• Desired
• Experience with >US$ 1- 10MM or greater Capital Project
• Experience with EPC firms from Front End Loading through construction

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written in Mandarin and English
