Responsibilities

This position is part of the Business Development team of the Teradyne Device Interface Solutions (DIS) group in Taiwan. The team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, technically driven Program Manager to focus on customer developments for the interface hardware business. The following are the key roles and responsibilities:

• Key Customer Account Management:
• Engage in face-to-face meetings and trainings as needed to ensure success in all activities
• Project management for interface hardware development
• Escalation management and support coordination
• Consult on project management techniques, processes, and tools
• Drive quality improvement objectives for the region
• Participate in the development of project management processes and drive project management standardization for the region
• Analyze status against all metrics and objectives for the region. For gaps, ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions are taking place.
• Identify when issues need to be escalated and drive those issues to closure
• Build strong relationships with Regional Teams, Product marketing, marketing analysts and business partners.
• Understand account and business environment to provide the best guidance and support.
  

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Needs to be knowledgeable in HW board design or HW solution/concept design
• Project management skills to align cost, schedules and organizing resources
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and good organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Skilled in Customer Account Management
• Project Management Professional with current PMP certification is a plus
• Good organizational and communication skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups
• Experience managing teams in multiple geographic locations
• Experience developing and standardizing project management processes
  

Education

BS/MS in EE is preferred
