  • HR專案推動(選用育留)
  • 規劃、組織、管理、整合人力資源跨部門資源，提高人力策略推動成果
  • 人力資源跨部門專案規劃/執行
  • HR方針及重要專案進度管理
  • HR跨部門資源整合/分析
  • 人力資源指標設定/管控
  • 部門運作管理，推動部門專案進度及相關執行產出

Qualifications

  • 英文能力：精通(Toeic 850以上)
  • 7年以上HR相關工作經驗
  • 具招募、任用、訓練發展等規劃及HR核心專案規劃、執行與管理經驗
  • 熟悉IE、工業工程等手法且具相關工作經驗或具有國際性管理顧問公司經歷者優先考慮
