Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Ensure availability and allocation of resource
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs based on appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance based on appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

Experience

• 10 years working experience with at 2-year Project management experience
• Have hands-on experience in FE and/or BE to Advanced Process Node (< 28nm)
• Have excellent skills to control Schedule and Milestones and deep knowledge of Synopsys or Cadence implementation tools and flow
• Have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and solid organizational skills including attention to detailed and multitasking skills
• Have experience in Netlist-to-GDS Design flow, especially:
• Hierarchical Design
• Low Power/Multi-Voltage Design
• Synthesis, DFT and Timing Closure flow
• Physical implementation flow (Innovus or ICC2)
• Physical verification flow (PV/IR&EM)

Master degree above with Electrical Engineering major, PhD will be a big plus
