We are looking for an energetic individual with at least 2 years prior project coordination relevant experience ideally with a background in information technology to join our Taipei Team as a Project Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for coordination in marketing projects, communicating cross-department for info collection, and processing import & update requests. You will provide high-level consultative support to ensure the task meets the marketing needs and deadline, playing a vital role in accomplishing marketing workloads.The right candidate will be a self-starter able to stay focused on their priorities while still working within a highly collaborative team, have a strong interest in and aptitude for technology, and have great attention to detail.
What you’ll learn in the first 30–45 days

As part of our project management team in marketing, you will assist on complex projects from early ideation to completion and phase-out. You will deal with teams of talented professionals, develop and foster important cross-department relationships, and ensure projects adhere to schedules and are equipped to succeed. You must have superb organizational, leadership, and communication skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and relevant regulatory processes.
Project Execution Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Project schedule review & updates.
- Requirements gathering.
- Analyze requirements & specify steps of execution.
- Create & maintain daily/weekly task plan (by products, by team allocation).
- Task progress tracking & trigger action plan.
- Graphics & Web Dev Quality checks and updating incorrect data.
- Advising approaches of task initiation & follow-up actions.
- Triaging Analytics & Timetables.
- Supporting the sourcing and procurement of marketing materials and direct mail campaigns.
Over the course of a normal week, you would have:
- Responded to 30-100 progress tracking on TO-DOs.
- Host 5-15 meetings and take minutes.
- Info gathering: 5-10 bulk marketing projects simultaneously.
- Summarize daily progress & set next-action-items for the team on marketing tasks.
What are we looking for?
Prior Experience & Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Project Coordination, Account Management, or Customer Support.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin with careful attention to detail.
- Interest in marketing projects and desire to involve in organizing tasks.
- Eagerness, competitive attitude, & ambition to achieve.
- Demonstrated competence / Self-learning.
- Strong organizational skills. Project Management experience is ideal.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
- Product Knowledge & Understanding of Customer ‘Jobs-to-be-Done’.
- Proficiency with Project Management Tools, e.g. JIRA, Basecamp, ClickUp, Bitrix24, etc.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with other departments on small projects and tasks.
- Ability to analyze complex user problems, evaluate alternatives, and devise efficient, cost-effective, and user-friendly solutions.
- Responsibility and ownership of tasks and projects.
